Suitable for producing disposable hdpe,ldpe/biodegradable T-shirt bags. 1.New designed Sealing blade when blade need be cleared up, it can be turned 100° And fixed. It will be safe and easy to take care. Auto Punching Machine Adopt linear guide system and servo motor to control ,its durable ,stably and the bag more neat.
2.High output design
This machine is specialized design for the T-shirt bag ,It can automatically finished production in two lines from feeding to the finished production , and it can be automatically alarm in case of have trouble in production , which can avoid waste the bags and protect the machine from being damaged.
3.Easy operation
This machine adopt an easy operation panel .The troubles and cause can be displayed on the operation panel,which makes it easier for the user to understand the cause and troubles and reduce the time to stop the machine .
4.Servo Motor Feeder
This machine adopt a servo motor feeder in order to assure and accurate length of bag. Thus the user has no troubles in affecting the length of bag due ro maintenance and mechanic damages.
5.Auto Feeder
This machine adopt an auto feeder connected to the mater motor and can coordinate with it in speed.It can be automatically adjusted,no manual adjustment , coordinate the expansion controller to reduce the fatigue of the feeder in order to keep the pulling force of the plastic bag .
6.High quality accessories
This machine adopt high quality accessories with higher efficiency to reduce the troubles in producing ,the feeder is coordinated with a blower to make the plastic bag fed stably.
